OTHER SAUCERS

A French flying saucer. This is a beautiful copy of the Z-101 by MT. In the 1950s France imposed restrictions on the import of foreign toys, allowing the home producers the opportunity to avoid competition. They obviously decided to use the existing Japanese design. This saucer even comes in a versionwith cute spoked wheel litho detailing. You can almost imagine the alien getting out to inflate the tyre! |

A one-off by Ichico. I believe this is a fairly late saucer. |

Well, my records say it's by DT, though I've never heard of the company. It's a wind up flying saucer with a difference, though. Look at the next saucer and you'll see that it uses the same body and even some of the same lith detailing |

Lovely! A beautiful odd-looking walking wind up saucer. This time I have a couple of possible manufactures: YY and TN. I'm sure it's from the same manufacturer as the Space Patrol No 9 above. |

Looks like one of those dumpy MT blower saucers to me, though I'm told it's by Amico. Bump and go action with a hovering styrene ball and flashing lights - familiar, eh? |
