Man Oz the differences are quite pronounced. The new one the bottom lip is rolled out. The top lip has a pronounced "v" with the chin needing elongated. Here a side shot overbite.

A beautiful creation. I'm realizing myself the difficulties in replicating from still shots. Without the original prints it is a struggle to put it all together. Just because I had a very precise interpretational drawing [thanks Phil] ,,as the components are assembled per specs ,,some just don't look right. They could only be off by a few hundreds of an inch,,but the eye catches it when the calibers do not. As the scale gets larger the minute defects are more noticeable. Take into consideration 3D facial features and you have a major undertaking. I agree with John in regards to the face. The original has an unassuming innocent look and the duplicate looks sinister . I think it boils down to an overbite and the chin isn't long enough. When you have gone this far and done this well ,I would not compromise on nailing the facial expression. After all ,that is the core of this beautiful robot. I'm not being critical,,,I just want them to nail it. As far as the body dimensions,,I think it's lighting.
