I can think  of several more current options to the lightsaber, although admittedly not as elegant.

I have the Snoopy astronaut, but I don't believe I've ever seen the rocket before. I like it!

WJN...unfortunately, I won't be taking any trips to Spain any time soon.

Completely understandable. Sadly, the world seems to be crawling with these maggots…. I did a 3 month stint as the foreman of a Grand Jury, dealing mostly with identity theft…. (265 cases, while (4) other grand juries were sitting at the same time!) it amazes me the lengths people will go to to steal other peoples' hard earned money. If they'd apply the same effort to earn their own way, they'd make Donald Trump look like a pauper. Could we track these people down & punish them? Absolutely! (we put men on the moon in the '60s!) Will we? Sadly, no. It's easier to let the good guy suffer. My solutions to such problems would be very politically incorrect, (but totally effective) so I won't bore anyone further with my radical views.

I'm sorry for your loss, and hope that karma catches up with the POS, preferably in the form of a slow, dull brush chipper.

Several years ago had a similar issue over a very high end toy repair with a dealer in the next state. I had done several repairs for this guy, & always kept the toy until I was paid, everything went smoothly. Then I did a complex repair for him on a $2500-$3000 toy, charged him $300, and he begged me to ship it ASAP (before payment) or he would lose his customer. Like a knothead I sent it, and then he began claiming the check was in the mail, you should get it any day, can't understand why you haven't gotten it, etc., etc..  After a month of excuses, he finally told me he wasn't going to pay me…. "After all, what was I going to do, fly to the next state, rent a car, and try to collect $300? Chalk it up to a business lesson." (snicker)

Imagine his surprise when I showed up at his door 3 days later….  After calmly discussing the virtual certainty of his soon to be needed dental work & the equal certainty of the imminent need for body work on his T-bird, he generously offered to double my fee to $600.

He then had the gall a year later to ask me to do some more repairs for him…. I said sure, no problem, just ship me all the toys you want…. strangely, never heard from him again.
