Here's a related 1970 Billy Blastoff/Robbie Robot trade ad:

showing the various store displays for the toy line. The Robbie Robot set is in the upper right hand corner.

Billy Blastoff's Robbie is another want for my collection. I can't believe how expensive he gets, that, plus he usually is missing either the antenna or the battery box. Someday I'll grab a good one for under $100...then again, maybe not.

For all who are looking to buy one of these, make sure the tabs that stick down the back on each side are not broken off. They lock into notches on the legs for sitting or standing. If they are broken he won't stand and walk. These break very easily and most sellers either don't know or don't tell about the tabs.

I have a Billy Blastoff Robbie Set, Robbie turns on but doesn't walk. I'm missing the antenna...does anyone have one?
