Project Apollo Spaceman repair

12 posts in this topic

Mail call today - very happy with this guy.

New piece of horrific, yet cool old Hong Kong plastic.  Freaky little fellow!

His operation was a bit wonky - as advertised.  Woo hoo.  Surgery time!

I found a split gear which explained the erratic operation.

He's now repaired & cleaned up a bit - and off to the space race.

This vid shows his light ground - I corrected so he flashes now, but I left the old vid.

Cheers!

Thanks Morbius, the plastic pieces have captured my attention lately.

He cleaned up really well - I used the old Meguiar's #27 on his torso.

Great stuff.

He'll be all set with a nice battery cover from Nimrod.

Another cool addition for you Kirk!  And brillantly accomplished repair mission as usual. I think you must be declared president of the Mortoys international fan club!:hail:

Plastic Fantastic.

Always been my motto.

I think the best plastic deserves equal billing with tin and it seems your starting to think that way now.

BTW Kirk another excellent repair.

A great line up though Mr Robot looks a bit disturbed.

I like the smiling Zot and didn't realise you had a plastic Lecter.
