I already have finished my ray gun cabinet, only a few details have to be made, but I want to share my new armory.

The two first pics is the two choices of background that I made for the cabinet, my wife made his choice and I agree with her desition. :D

The second one is a background from apple mac, it looks like computer desktop

Now the pics of the cabinet.

I need to hide the heads of the poles, and reposition of the tin cosmic ray gun.

Very nice! I've never seen a display quite like yours... Well executed, and the backdrop really lets the guns pop (no pun intended).

Maimo65, nice! :o It's quite the museum curator quality display, very professional and clean looking. You've got talent. :)

Excellent job on the display. I had not thought about that type of display for mine except that I would need walls. You have a nice selection of guns as well.

thanks to all for your kind words!.

My wife when saw the pieces before to be assembled, said that was too big, where do you planned to put that?, but when she saw the cabinet finished, she said, Ok itīs cool, not bad after all.

Its not to dificult to do, the hard part is the acrilic box, but I made the drawing of that I wanted and it sent it to build. I wanted a very clean box with acrilic hinges

The background is a multiperforated panel of compressed wood.

To hold the rayguns I used an 1 inch aluminium poles (the ones that uses for papers).

The background is printed in adhesive vinyl.

I placed the guns and put it marks with felt tip marker in the holes to fit the ray guns. Then place the printing and screw it on the poles in the holes marked.

I send you some pics from details. If someone is interested in the drawing of the box, I can put an imagen.

Greetings
