I recall posting this gun of mine some time ago and I was just going through photos and spotted it again. I'd never seen it before I bought it and I've never seen another?? The box art is fabulous and the gun looks like it belonged to a Space Cowboy!
Brian, the ST logo takes it into to the 70's, but I haven't a clue what the text says. It still sparks and the gold bullet on the side flips in and out along with a fearsome RAT-A TAT! sound! (Or as they say "Space Sound" )
I was at a local Sci Fi fair yesterday and during set up I spotted a Zathura robot about to be put on display, I've had a few of these and so bought it. Then the dealer laughed and put another one out, so I bought that aswell...then the same thing happened again, so now I had three. I was about to walk away when he said, do you want this rocket aswell? err YES!!!
Got to say it is pretty cool, and a bit rare I think?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to locate a picture I have of what I believe to be THE rarest robot out there. It has a plastic traffic signal head and a tin skirted body, made in Japan in the 60's, I have the photo in a reference book but can't find it?
I've also trawled the database and can't see the picture there? Can you help?
This morning I picked up this large chunky plastic toy robot. He was sold through the "Mothercare" baby stores in the UK, but I'm not sure when? He has a multitude of functions all designed to keep the child occupied
