Are you kidding Daniel?! I visit your website almost on a daily basis!...It's been a great source of reference for my collection.I think if it was updated with repair tips,a classified section and maybe even a basic forum, it would really give the Topper robot hobby a boost.I realize its a lot of work, but you would find a lot of Dingers hanging out there.I'd be first in line!

    Hi Lad's,
First of all let me say that this is a great forum.I've been lurking in the shadows for some time now trying to learn as much as I can about the Toy Robot collecting hobby. My particular interest is in the Topper Robotron and Ding A Ling line.I know this line of Robots may seem limited and basic to many of you,but I find the little guys pretty interesting and fairly easy to collect, which brings me to my question.According to what I've read,Topper only produced the Ding A Lings for a couple of years before the company went under,so why am I seeing so many on the Internet Auction sites?Of coarse there are the rare few that only show up once in a blue moon, but for the most part,Ding A Lings seem pretty plentiful and mint boxed examples are still pretty easy to acquire.I find this a little odd for a toy that has been out of production for over 35 years.Where are they all coming from?
    Regards,Newfoundlandrover
