I guess it Means 7.20 Dz - that would be 7.20 Dollar per Dozen - probably a sample piece for a toy wholesale

Yes - Love the Graphics !
Unfortunately the Box is still in Japan and not mine - but happy to have the toy - also found in Japan.
At least now the picture is available for us to see how it looks.

This is the same Sticker as on many other toys registered by the Japanese toy Association.
(Same as on my Hap Hazard handpainted prototype).

So it is made in Japan and a pre production piece or sample run used for the registration purpose.
In the top is the Date of Registration 50- 10-7
Means the year of the Emperor 50 =1975, October 7th.

The number 6450 is the Registration number. These are given in running order since the mid 50s.

  6. gernot added a post in a topic: Another Smoking Robot Variation?

By Reading this topic again - it has to be pointed out that this Original version Has the Dome without the slots at front and rear - the Part has straight Sides .
  7. gernot added a post in a topic: Yonezawa Smoking Robot....huh ? Ehhhh

Nice Addition ! All look Original to me - and yes it is time to add more Variations to My Old list and revise it !

I had never seen the Original version wIth the Japan stamp on the foot and the dome without the slots!
andnow we know there are more Original Yonezawa Boxes - Smoking Robot and Smoking Spaceman with the rounder letters.
    Thanks
  8. gernot added a post in a topic: Question About Horikawa Space Explorer And Radar Robot

is there really a silver Radar Robot wIth yellow antenna ?
i cannot remember ever having seen this version - However it would be possible to create or by switching Boxes and Antenna .

Also a blue version with red Antenna would be easy to create. However the Box of each robot shows only one color.
  9. gernot added a post in a topic: Inside My Lilliput, interesting Discovery?

Very interesting - i have to check my Lilliputs next week when i come home .
I had the same guess as Lunik - it could be from the Print process and putting the fresh Painted metal sheets over each other.
    - still a Mystery.

i do not think that the paint goes through the metal sheets even after more than 70 years.

    My Personal opinion:

I would rather put this Robot on my shelve than the boat
    :-)

I guess it is not the first time that Original Toys habe been transferred into something more interesting - especially Robots

That radio remote Control which was used for the Doll in the previous video Clip seems to be the same as Marco used for his new created Robot.

He used an old radio remote Control from the German ARNOLD Toy company which came from a huge toy boat.

Here is a still picture of this clip showing the remote ARNOLD RADAR MASTER

Marco, can you post a picture of the Remote and the Robot you made out of it ?
