Radicon Patrol

I've found a radicon police patrol.. When opened it looked digital inside with circuit board.. I think it works with a remote.. I dont have a remote to test the same.. Any idea as to how much could it be worth or how to find a replacement remote.. All ideas welcome.. Need the forum participation to get it working.. Guys ideas will be of great help.. Thanks..
